The T4B Gravity Rise Miter Saw Stand is constructed of heavy duty powder coated 1 1/2 tubular steel. The T4B features Boschs patented gravity rise system for quick and easy set up and breakdown. With a simple turn of the release lever and some slight downward pressure the weight and balance of the saw will raise the stand and saw and lock it into working position. Turn the same release lever again to fold the stand and saw and you are ready to roll it easily to the next location. This unit features 8 inch pneumatic wheels that go over just about any jobsite terrain. The T4B utilizes an aluminum support rail and special Universal Rapid-Release Tool Mounts designed to attach to the base of all Bosch and most competitors miter saws. These mounts allow any user to quickly attach or detach the saw to the stand. And rubber-Feet prevent scratches when placing the tool on a cabinet top or bench. The same support rails expand for 18-Feet total material support the highest among fully portable units. For users cutting long pieces of molding or flooring this kind of support is priceless. Adjustable repetitive stops and table supports also allow the stand to adapt to varying applications and saws.
- Patented Gravity Rise System - Rapid set up and breakdown
- 18-Inch Material Capacity - Highest capacity among fully portable units
- 8-Inch Pneumatic Wheels - ease of transport over jobsite terrain
- Rapid Release Tool Mounts - fits most competitors' miter saws

Excellent Router Table for the money!
If you are a serious woodworker this is by far THE best router table to buy. I bought the complete table fence stand casters & micro-adjuster. Every little piece of hardware was accounted for and very neatly packaged. The reliability and accuracy of the fence make it very easy to use. And if you don't want to drill the insert yourself for 3o bucks Kreg will drill it for you shipping included.
The assembly instructions were written in simple easy-to-understand English and not like the 'Chinglish' from other manufacturers who outsourced their products. This router table examplifies American ingenuity & workmanship. It's definitely a 5-star rating.

Comments on the Vega 40" Pro table saw fence system
I purchased the Vega 40" Pro table saw fence roughly five years ago and mounted it on a Rockwell 10" Contractor's saw that I bought in 1980. I was going to upgrade to a cabinet saw or the Unisaw but after replacing the stock fence with the Vega fence I found I had no need to upgrade the table saw. I build fine furniture as a hobby and it's amazing the difference a good fence makes. It was extremely easy to install; no new holes were needed. This fence is always perpendicular to the blade and never needs to be adjusted after the initial installation. It's strong and very stable. I purchased the "Finger Saver" when I initially bought the fence and it was a great purchase. I'm finding it hard to find the additional accessories made by the manufacturer and which the tool vendors do not stock. I just returned from a trip to California where I had stopped at a Rockler store in the San Diego area. They had a Vega hold-down roller on the in-store display but did not have it available for purchase. I would have bought it on the spot if I could have. SUMMARY: POSITIVE ITEM --> The fence is exceptional and if I bought a new saw I would most likely move it to the new saw; I like it that much. NEGATIVE ITEM --> The tool suppliers need to make the accessories more readily available to the public (such as people like ME!).

Will definitely please woodworking perfectionists
The Incra Miter 5000 should make any woodworking perfectionist very happy. I'm definitely pleased and here's why.
I've been tuning up my woodworking skills by making cabinets for my shop but I couldn't get consistently square crosscuts with my tablesaw's stock miter gauge. The result was gaps in joints and worse doors and drawers that didn't fit or slide smoothly.
After considering many DIY sled plans I decided to spring for the Miter 5000. Not only does it deliver repeatable angle cuts but the flip-up "shop-stop" makes crosscuts dead-on accurate and repeatable in length too. This is because the Miter 5000 is literally 'digital' -- the stop adjusts in precise 1/32" steps.
I did have a minor problem. The miter bar T-clip that keeps the bar from popping up when the sled is pulled far back was binding in the slot. I found the sled table was warped about 1/16" and when pressed down it lifted the miter bar causing the T-clip to rub. The Incra folks don't do email but they deliver excellent customer service by good ol' telephone. I had no trouble getting through and when I explained the problem they sent a replacement sled panel right away. No hassles. That one was perfectly flat and now the sled works great.
My first project built with the sled was a caddy to store it. You may want one too because the whole assembly is big -- 36" x 31" -- awkward to store and you don't want to bang it around. The caddy is like a sawhorse on wheels with solid sides inclined at 15 deg (hey that's actually 15.000 degrees thanks Incra!). Rout grooves in the sides for the miter bars and put cleats near the bottom for the sleds to rest on. It rolls under the saw's right extension table. I left the inside of the caddy open to give me extra storage. It went together like no cabinet I've ever built before despite all the angle work thanks to the Incra.
Bottom line: A great table saw accessory that increases crosscut/miter angle and length accuracy and enhances safety too. Excellent support from the company. Do you like producing precision work? Then treat yourself to this!

Waste of Money
I'll start by saying I'm an electrician. I use my cordless tools hard all day every day. My older XRP batteries were starting to get tired so I decided to go w/ the new Lithium Ion technology. Let's just say I'm less than pleased with them. They don't last nearly as long as a new XRP does especially under heavy torque. I'm constantly having to change and charge them. I expected much more for twice the price. It's possible that they work better with the tools they are designed for but if you are thinking of using them as replacements for XRP don't bother. If you use it to put up pictures and you want to have the "new thing" go for it. If you actually use your tools a new XRP is twice as good for half the price.

Excellent portable router table
Absolutely no complaints about this table. It arrived in A1 condition carefully packed. Assembly was simple thanks to both the clear instructions and the quality of the components. I doubt that constructing the table took much more than 15-20 minutes after reading the instructions.
The fence is a solid aluminium extrusion. Being a one-piece fence simplifies setting-up when working compared to some 2-piece fences. The sub fences adjust easily making zero clearance work straightforward.
The Lexan table insert supplied with the table has to be drilled and countersunk to accept whatever router you are using which means a bit of care is required when aligning the centre of the router baseplate with the centre of the hole in the insert. Once this is done and the plate marked the Lexan drills easily. The Lexan plate is fairly solid and shows no flexing when the router is attached (I use an ELU OF97E - now appearing as a European version of the Dewalt 621) and it works well. This router has the on/off trigger on one of the plunge handles on the opposite side of the router from the fine depth adjuster which means it can be a bit hard to get hold of once the router is inverted in the cabinet. This can be addressed easily by putting a switch on the outside of the cabinet if it proves a problem.
At 35lbs this table is portable enough to move around the shop as and when you need it. If I want to use the table I stand it on a Workmate and secure it with four spring clamps. This has provided plenty of stability and a comfortable working height whilst requiring minimal set-up time.
I looked at a lot of tables before reading about this one in a magazine review. I have seen nothing that comes close in terms of solid build and quality/robustness of fence for the price.More detail ...
Very Pleased Typical Bench Dog Quality
Previously I had the Bench Dog router table/cabinet and was looking to create more shop space by using this on my Jet Supersaw instead of a dedicated router table. It fits the bill perfectly. I am using this with a Porter Cable router fits the base of my router perfectly and is predrilled for my adjustment wrench. The router fence is movable and comes with a dust collection port. The mitre slots fit my guides perfectly. I would recommend adding a second base to your router and mounting it permanently this allows you to slide the router in whenver you want to use it without the hassle of remounting the base to the plate.
Pros
- Router plate can be leveled perfectly with about 10 adjustment points.
- Adjustable width fence locks in place good dust collection.
- Super heavy...when added to my saw there is very little vibration which makes for precise routing work. (Of course the saw itself is heavy but the router table makes it moreso.
- Typical Bench Dog quality - I have always been pleased with their products.
Cons
- Super heavy...difficult to mount by yourself but I was able to make it happen using clamps. If you don't have a jack stand you will need a second set of hands.
- Does not come with a router mounting plate (add $55 or so). I had planned on transferring my old Bench Dog mounting plate but it would not fit by about 1/16th of an inch. Make sure you order when you order the top.
